The Newton Electric Corp. story begins with a generations-long family passion for electrical work. Newton Electric Corp. is still a family owned and operated company continuing the tradition of providing professional services by second generation owner Mike Newton and third generation owner Zach Newton. Our team includes 2 certified master electricians, 8 full time journeyman electricians, 6 full time apprentice electricians, and 2 office personnel. Through providing quality electrical work and outstanding customer service, the Newton name has become the go-to partner for commercial and industrial electrical contracting and residential electrical needs. We believe honesty and integrity is what puts us ahead of everyone else in the business. As a family-owned business, we care about our customers and live up to our commitment to keeping you and your family safe.

MIKE NEWTON
MIKE NEWTONPRESIDENT AND OWNER
Starting in the office as a Project Manager, Mike Newton gained 25 years of field experience working as an apprentice, journeyman, and eventually becoming a Master Electrician. Today, Mike has been with Newton Electric for nearly 47 years. Serving as President of the Wisconsin NECA Chapter for the last 3 years, Mike brings a wealth of invaluable experience back to the office. Mike is also a Chairman of the Wisconsin Valley Division NECA. An avid outdoorsman, Mike is often hunting, fishing, golfing, gardening, or simply traveling the Country with his wife to visit their children and families. As Mike nears retirement, he remains a pillar of knowledge for Newton Electric, maintaining his relationship with each employee.
ZACH NEWTON
ZACH NEWTONVICE PRESIDENT AND OWNER
A 3rd generation co-owner of Newton Electric, Zach Newton grew up around the family business, getting firsthand experiences at an early age. Zach explored different opportunities before returning to the family business to complete his apprenticeship, eventually becoming a Master Electrician. Zach now leads the office as the Vice President and Project Manager, overseeing the field technicians. Zach likes to stay busy, cultivating a funny farm with his wife and two kids while also finding time to chase anything with fur or feathers. Zach is also involved with the Apprenticeship JATC, State Advisory Apprentice Committee, and the Wisconsin NECA Education Committee. Zach brings a unique blend of expertise and humor to Newton Electric, ensuring that even the most challenging projects are approached with professionalism and a touch of levity.
CHERYL ANDERSON
CHERYL ANDERSONBUSINESS MANAGER
Cheryl has over 30 years of accounting experience. She wears multiple hats at Newton Electric and enjoys the variety that her position brings. Her main duties include managing the business finances, human resources and payroll, financial reporting, auditing, day to day operations, and ensures things run smoothly. She is the past Vice President of the Northeast Wisconsin Payroll Chapter and was also an Ambassador with the Greater Wausau Chamber where she won the Ambassador of the Year multiple years. She cherishes the many relationships with businesses and people she meets along her way. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys camping with family and friends, and attending concerts throughout the year but her favorite band to see perform is Old Dominion.
